Attorney General Hardy Myers said the errors reflected a “pattern and practice of substandard care” at ApotheCure.
The Oregon Department of Justice in June obtained a temporary court order barring the pharmacy from doing business in Oregon. The lawsuit seeks to permanently curtail the pharmacy’s ability to do business in the state.
