Can you imagine if a sitting attorney general, from any state, were disbarred. That would be really hard to top. But hey, Paul Morrison did tell Kansas voters he had the right priorities for the job…who knew he thought the job would entail all he’s alleged to have done.
The Kansas Board for the Discipline of Attorneys has agreed to investigate allegations that Attorney General Paul Morrison engaged in professional and legal misconduct, a Morrison spokeswoman said Wednesday.Morrison had said he would a request an investigation from Stan Hazlett, the state’s disciplinary administrator. That request was delivered Wednesday.
