Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has rejected the popular name and ballot title for a proposed constitutional amendment that would raise the severance tax and those of two other proposed ballot initiatives that a legal reform group submitted.
The Campaign for Comprehensive Legal Reform, based in the small community of Oden in Montgomery County, was notified of the attorney general’s decision Wednesday.
