Starting Jan. 1, anyone charged for a second or subsequent driving under the influence offense in the South Central Judicial District will be required to submit to twice daily breathalyzer tests in order to stay out of jail on bond.
Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem unveiled the pilot 24/7 Sobriety Program on Wednesday at a news conference.
