Do the folks over at N.M. Gamefowl really have that much discretionary income that they caste waste money on lawsuits upholding their rights to stage fights between poultry? If they want to see dead chickens, we suggest they go to Boston Market, Kenny Rogers, or KFC.
LOVINGTON – Judge William McBee ruled Wednesday during a hearing here that the New Mexico cockfighting ban is constitutional.The State of New Mexico, State Attorney General Gary King, State Police Chief Faron Segotta and Gov. Bill Richardson had been sued by the New Mexico Gamefowl Association and certain of its members who support cockfighting.
