HARTFORD — Attorney General Richard Blumenthal hopes that documents he filed Monday in opposition to a proposed liquid natural gas platform in Long Island Sound sink the $750-million project.
Blumenthal claimed that another proposed LNG facility that would be located off the New Jersey coast would create less environmental risk while providing better energy delivery.
