DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Attorney General Tom Miller asked lawmakers Friday for new tools to help the nation’s housing crisis, including new enforcement aimed at scam artists who target homeowners who are already facing the potential of foreclosure.”We’re facing an avalanche,” Miller said. “It’s an incredibly important issue.”
