Just when you think you get Marc Dann figured out, he sides with Texas Republican A.G. Greg Abbott and Dick Cheney on an issue.
Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann has joined the state of Texas in asking the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down a 3-decade-old District of Columbia law that prohibits people from keeping handguns in their homes. Dann said he would file a legal brief today asking the court to uphold a decision last year by a federal appeals court that the law violates the Second Amendment to the Constitution.
