We’re not entirely sure why Virginia House Democrat Lionel Spruill decided to take on this issue, or he felt like he had drape a prop around his neck that further cleared up the visuals of the issue, but we do have thank him for making our Friday afternoon that much funnier. It’s a good thing there aren’t any negative issues with the state budget like education funding or anything like that.
And thanks to the VA GOP Caucus blog for putting it all together.
