New Hampshire legislators have approved hundreds of thousands of dollars more for the state to prosecute two death penalty cases, and learned the cases will cost much more if either ends in a conviction.
Attorney General Kelly Ayotte asked the Legislative Fiscal Committee for another $482,000 to prosecute accused murderers Michael Addison and John Brooks. Her office says the cases will cost about 2 million dollars to prosecute.
