New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly Ayotte said Monday that Thermal Dynamics Corp. will pay $281,500 to end the State’s suit, filed March 24 in Grafton County Superior Court.”This settlement reflects the State’s efforts to ensure that companies operating in New Hampshire comply with hazardous waste laws that protect public health and the environment, while also encouraging waste reduction projects,” Ayotte said.
TDC will pay $157,445 to the State’s Hazardous Waste Cleanup Fund and $124,055 will be spent on pollution control equipment at the company’s facility, located in West Lebanon, over the next nine months.
