Hours after being questioned for the second time yesterday in a sexual-harassment investigation that her attorney says is becoming increasingly one-sided, Cindy Stankoski got more bad news.
Columbus police concluded that there is “no evidence that criminal acts took place” and will not file charges against Anthony Gutierrez, who is on paid administrative leave as director of general services for Attorney General Marc Dann. Stankoski accuses her former boss of sexually harassing her over a period of months.
Stankoski filed a criminal complaint last week in connection with one incident that occurred Sept. 10, 2007, at the Dublin-area condominium once occupied by Gutierrez, Dann and Leo Jennings III, the attorney general’s communication director.
