Looks like this Democrat candidate went to the Rob Briley driving and evading school. Another Democrat Behaving Badly:
A candidate for the 77th House seat has been charged with driving under the influence and evading arrest.
Sixty-year-old Dr. Rosaire “Ross” Dubrule, a Tiptonville physician, is a Democratic candidate for the 77th House seat being vacated by Rep. Philip Pinion of Union City.
Dubrule was arrested Friday and held in the Dyer County Jail.
Police Chief Terry Ledbetter said in his report that he saw Dubrule speeding and driving recklessly.
Ledbetter tried to stop the car, but Dubrule took off and led police on a chase.
According to the report, when Dubrule finally stopped at a Tennessee Highway Patrol substation, he resisted arrest and had to be handcuffed.
Dubrule also is charged with reckless driving and violation of the implied consent law.
