Missouri Attorney General Candidate Chris Koster is moving forward, despite the uncertainty over whether fellow Democrat Margaret Donnelly will ask for a recount in Tuesday’s primary.
Koster took part today in a candidate’s forum for the Missouri Farm Bureau.
He says he plans to reach out to those who didn’t vote for him.
