Vermont’s Republican A.G. candidate Karen Kerin is bringing the fight to incumbent Democrat A.G. Bill “Crazy Legs” Sorrell. It looks like Kerin wants to make this election about who’s tougher on crime. From WCAX.com:
The Republican running for Attorney General says the state needs to be tougher on crime.
Karen Kerin wants better investigations at crime scenes and to get rid of plea bargaining. In order to help catch pedophiles, Kerin is also calling for mandatory DNA testing for aborted fetuses from unwed underage mothers. She would then prosecute the father for rape.
