What, and prevent rampant voter fraud in a Presidential campaign?!?! Democrats must be incensed! From the Herald Times Reporter:
Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen can legally bring a lawsuit demanding state election officials comply with federal law and confirm thousands of voters identities before the Nov. 4 election, a judge ruled Wednesday.
Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi also allowed the state Democratic and Republican parties to join the suit and set a timetable to rule on motions in the case Oct. 23. No action by the judge is expected before then, raising questions about whether local clerks would have time to complete the checks should Van Hollen win the case before Election Day.
