The West Virginia Chamber of Commerce is spending nearly $700,000 on a last-minute batch of television ads attacking Attorney General Darrell McGraw.
The group’s national counterpart provided about half the money for the negative ad campaign. The four-term Democrat has sued a number of U.S. chamber members over the years, alleging consumer protection and anti-trust violations.
