Steve Bullock’s Democrat Party supporters got caught telling lies. It’s not often that TV stations refuse to run campaign commercials – but here’s a perfect instance of justice delivered. Now you can see what Republican AG candidate Tim Fox needs your help more than ever. The Democrat lie factory is churning them out! From the Billings Gazette:
The Montana Democratic Party has re-worked its attack television ad targeting Republican attorney general candidate Tim Fox after television stations statewide refused to run it over accuracy concerns.
Monty Wallis, Montana group manager for Cordillera Communications, which owns CBS affiliate stations in Montana’s six largest cities, including KTVQ in Billings, said Thursday afternoon that the state’s CBS affiliates refused to run the original ad. He said the Montana Democratic Party submitted a reworked script of the ad, which was accepted Thursday and could be on the air by Thursday evening.
“We found what we considered to be inaccuracies,” Wallis said. “We have received and approved the new ad.”
This seems to be a common theme with the Democrats but I am glad they did this. At least now I know who to vote for in the AG race.
