Is Hurricane Katrina about to claim one of her last political victims? The Baton Rouge Advocate reported on Saturday that Louisiana's Democrat Attorney General Charles Foti may be about to get a high profile Democrat challenger in Democrat John Kennedy – the elected state Treasurer. As if that wasn't enough, The Advocate reports that Foti's own campaign consultant doesn't even know what his high ranking client is thinking, and Foti isn't saying, or doing anything that resembles a campaign.
Not raising much money compared to his two announced opponents.
No credible website.
No announcement tours.
On earned media, and not the kind of earned media you really want when you're kicking off a competitive re-election campaign.
