From Charleston Daily Mail:
A Kanawha County legislator is defending his performance as minority leader of the House of Delegates as he prepares for a showdown with a fellow Republican.
Delegate Craig Blair, R-Berkeley, announced last week that he would challenge Delegate Tim Armstead, R-Kanawha, for the post. The minority leader is responsible for shepherding the GOP’s agenda through the Legislature.
“I’m running because I want to bring a more effective and efficient direction for our caucus,” Blair said today.
