From Port Clinton News Herald:
Second District Senator Mark Wagoner, of Toledo, will be the new majority whip when Ohio’s 128th General Assembly meets in January.
Wagoner, who represents portions of Ottawa and Lucas counties and all of Wood and Erie counties, was named by his fellow senators in the senate’s Republican caucus.
“I am both honored and humbled by the display of confidence my peers have shown in selecting me as the next majority whip,” Wagoner said.
