A member of a prominent Scranton political family was tapped Tuesday to conduct a full-scale review of state House operations extending from open record policies to the minutiae of job descriptions for staffers.
Christopher Casey, a former assistant U.S. attorney and brother of U.S. Sen. Bob Casey, will serve as outside general counsel to Majority Leader Todd Eachus, D-116, for a transition period extending into early next year.
