A crystal ball? Sneed hears speculation is centering on Lt. Gov. Pat Quinnchoosing Attorney General Lisa Madigan, who is considered unassailable, to fill Obama’s Senate seat — if Quinn moves into the front office because of a Gov. Blago departure.
Ironically: Madigan is already eyeing a bid for governor, and Quinn would want to retain the office. Ain’t politics fun?
