From Fox5 News:
On Monday, law enforcement representatives from Nevada, California and Mexico signed an agreement to work together.
Mexican attorney generals met Nevada’s attorney general at the Grant Sawyer Building to discuss Mexico’s new criminal procedures.“When we come on the crime scene, we protect the chain of custody. That does not exist there. If you’re not protecting the chain of custody, or even the evidence when you’re coming upon it, how can you prove that case? And you eventually have to. In Mexico, that didn’t occur, and so, they’re trying to change it similar to ours,” said Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto.
