In their quest for savings during this legislative session, lawmakers and state agencies are looking everywhere – even the top of Idaho State Police cars.
Idaho law demands that the ISP paint the tops of its black highway patrol cars white.
“As of right now, the first thing they do is get them painted,” said Chris Glenn, the ISP’s fleet division manager.
