It would be good if Jari Askins delivered on her ’06 campaign promises before she gets too far down the road on the ’10 campaign. From NewsOK:
Legislation has been filed to develop a cabinet, or council, to look into children’s issues and develop strategies to help deliver services, Lt. Gov. Jari Askins said Thursday.
Askins, who talked about forming a children’s cabinet during her 2006 lieutenant governor campaign, said two bills have been filed this year to form the Oklahoma Children’s Cabinet. The measures are Senate Bill 697 and House Bill 1655.
