Paul Morrison – Democrat candidate for AG in Kansas said the following late last week:

“We need to be tough on people who we're scared of, but not who we're mad at because they did something stupid like break into our car,” he said. “The person who breaks into your car, typically can be rehabilitated.”

I wonder what Morrison’s threshold for scary is? Based on that statement I can tell you what my threshold for scary is:
