The man convicted of stalking Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning in 2005 has been arrested at the state Capitol building.
The Nebraska State Patrol said Dan Brown is now in the Lancaster County Jail and accused of trespassing and failing to obey a lawful order.Troopers said Brown didn’t check in with security at the Capitol building before entering.
