So you are telling me that since 1999, the Dem leadership in the Alabama Senate have determined that they actually need more power and decided they would claim “powers traditionally held by the lieutenant governor”? As if this race wasn’t already exciting, it looks as though the winner of the Strange vs. Folsom contest could be headed for an exciting showdown in the Senate.
