Really, is it any wonder why Beau Biden (yes another Biden in the news that’s not the Veep) doesn’t want folks to know whether or not this guy still works for him?  From DelawareOnline:

Roberts told the woman repeatedly to let him in, but according to officers she did not know him and called police who charged him with three misdemeanors, the records say. Roberts’ Maryland attorney said his client confused the house with another house he had recently moved to.

These charges came on top of a DUI arrest in October, in which Roberts allegedly crashed a state car in Bear while driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.33. He was placed on leave, the Attorney General’s Office said last year. A trial on those charges is pending.

After Roberts was cleared of the break-in charges last week, the Attorney General’s Office became less forthcoming with his employment status.
