From Pittsburgh Tribune-Review:
A state lawsuit seeks to shut down a Philadelphia nonprofit that former Senate powerbroker Vincent Fumo used for his personal benefit.
A federal jury last month convicted Fumo of 137 counts for defrauding the Citizens Alliance for Better Neighborhoods, the Senate and a seaport museum of $3.5 million.
Attorney General Tom Corbett filed documents Tuesday demanding the shutdown and a complete accounting of the nonprofit founded by Fumo and run by his former aide and co-defendant, Ruth Arnao. She was convicted of 45 counts.
