From IndyStar.com:
The already crowded field of Republican candidates who want to take on U.S. Rep. Dan Burton got even fuller Thursday as state Rep. Mike Murphy entered the race.
The Indianapolis lawmaker joins Dr. John McGoff, former state Rep. Luke Messer and Brose McVey, who ran for Congress against U.S. Rep. Julia Carson in 2002, in a race that will determine whether Burton wins a 15th term.
McGoff ran against Burton in the 2008 GOP primary, and his closer-than-expected finish that proved Burton vulnerable apparently has persuaded other Republicans to challenge him as well.
