Group wants $2.2 million from OxyContin Settlement:
The business group, made up of state business and professional associations, on Tuesday demanded that McGraw send the fund $2.2 million won in a lawsuit against the maker of OxyContin.
“I doubt if we’ll even respond to their letter,” Fran Hughes, chief deputy attorney general, said Wednesday afternoon.
