Senate Republicans in Connecticut are urging the majority Democrats to review the conduct of two Democratic lawmakers recently fined for election law violations.
Three members of the 2007 Senate committee that reviewed the conduct of former Senate Minority Leader Louis DeLuca, who pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor threatening charge, sent a letter to Democratic leaders on Tuesday. The letter seeks an inquiry committee to review Sens. Thomas Gaffey of Meriden and Joseph Crisco of Woodbridge.
