From Nashuatelegraph.com:
Gov. John Lynch’s office lawyer became New Hampshire’s attorney general Wednesday.
Michael Delaney, of Manchester, replaces Kelly Ayotte, of Nashua, who stepped down last month to seek a U.S. Senate seat in 2010.
Prior to becoming Lynch’s legal counsel, Delaney, 40, served as Ayotte’s deputy and as chief prosecutor in state’s criminal homicide unit during seven years in the AG’s office.
