From JournalStar.com:
Former Nebraska Attorney General Don Stenberg is considering running for state treasurer following Shane Osborn’s announcement he won’t seek re-election.
Stenberg, who was attorney general from 1991 to 2003, said he will make a final decision on whether to run for the job after the first of the year.
On Wednesday, Osborn announced he will not seek a second term so he can focus on raising his three children. Osborn and his wife, Teri, announced plans to divorce this year.
