Attorney General Richard Blumenthal filed the motion at the request of Governor Rell. Blumenthal asked that 54-year old David Pollitt, who will be released from prison tomorrow, be placed in a halfway house or in-patient treatment facility instead of living with his sister on Fox Run Drive in Southbury….
