As part of the observance of National Depression Screening Day, Lt. Gov. Barbara Lawton was in Green Bay Thursday talking about a confidential, free, online depression screening program.”Without access to mental health care, we have a tremendous drag on our economy,” she said. “Across the nation it is to the tune of $90 billion a year lost. This is lost in days of work, lost in productivity level, and higher medical costs.”
