GREENVILLE —
State Attorney General Henry McMaster said in court papers he agrees with a watchdog who has sued the legislature saying five bills passed this year were unconstitutional.Edward “Ned” Sloan sued lawmakers this summer, saying each of the five bills violated the constitutional requirement that all sections of a bill relate to the same subject and should not deal with only one county.
