By tomorrow, Senate Minority Leader Dean Skelos and Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb and Cox will have hit four cities, including Watertown, Syracuse and Rochester, with each meeting involving Republicans from seven different counties.
The topics of discussion include the “important 2010 cycle, legislative agenda and future of the party in New York State,” according to an e-mail invitation from state GOP Executive Director Tom Basile that was forwarded to me by a reader.
Basile called the meetings “unprecedented” and “a rare opportunity to have direct access to our legislative leadership and state party officials.” (According to CapConf, Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy is going to make it to the Watertown meeting, too).
