From GoShennews.com:
State Sen. Marlin Stutzman officially began his U.S. Senate campaign Tuesday, flanked by his family and supportive Statehouse Republicans.
Stutzman, a fourth-generation farmer from Howe, announced during a news conference in the Statehouse’s South Atrium that he filed his campaign paperwork Tuesday morning.
The 34-year-old is one of five Republicans running to succeed Democratic Sen. Evan Bayh, who surprised the nation Monday by announcing he won’t seek re-election.
