From KSWT News:
Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard says he’s willing to consider tax increases by closing “loopholes” to help balance the state’s budget.
Goddard stated that position while answering questions from reporters Monday during a Phoenix news conference to kick off his campaign for governor.
Goddard said the state must “live with the fallout” from the budget proposed by Republican Gov. Jan Brewer and approved by the Republican-led Legislature.
