Prosecutors say the two men formed a trust called the South Dakota Association Trust. Money from the casino, owned and operated by the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate, with headquarters in northeast South Dakota, was wired in several deposits to the trust.Campaign reports of Forward South Dakota, the lead group opposing video lottery, showed more than $470,000 in contributions from the South Dakota Association. That was almost all of the money Forward South Dakota received, its reports show.
