Break the laws of a state, and pay the penalty. That’s how law enforcement is supposed to work. Too bad a lot of Dem AGs approach on law enforcement isn’t about breaking existing laws, but rather about finding new ways the punish companies who aren’t breaking existing laws.
LOS ANGLES (AP) – California Attorney General Jerry Brown has launched a campaign to bust companies suspected of not paying minimum wage, overtime and other legally required charges.
