This has been one of those below the fold races, but Republican S.O.S. candidate Delbert Hosemann used a fun way to break through the clutter of TV spots and increase his name I.D.
JACKSON, Miss. —
The two candidates for secretary of state have different philosophies about the need for voter identification in Mississippi. Republican Delbert Hosemann of Jackson said ID would ensure a fair voting process, but Democrat Rob Smith of Richland said the requirement isn’t a panacea for election reform.
