PacifiStaff Inc. of Anaheim is being sued by the state of California for supposedly helping contractors avoid paying workers’ compensation insurance.California Attorney General Jerry Brown contends the company is trying to slip through a loophole in state law that permits the owners of small businesses to not have to have workers’ comp insurance on themselves.

Jerry Brown is a career politician who is pandering to his cronies in the State Legislature and to special interests who are lining their pockets with money from State Fund. Money they are getting from kickbacks and graft. Check out the dirty hands of the Roofing Contractors Association of California. Why is Jerry Brown so intent on denying these hard working laborers 100% company paid health, life, accident, and disability insurances that they could not afford on their own.
