SENECA — South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster kicks off a statewide campaign today to promote legislation that would abolish parole, but Rep. Bill Sandifer, R-Seneca, said Monday that the Oconee Delegation is not yet on the bandwagon.McMaster is scheduled to take his message through a three-city tour today that includes Charleston, Columbia and Greenville. He’ll follow that up with a visit to the Horry County Judicial Center Wednesday.
