Wow, this is the gift that keeps on giving. We first brought this to your attention back in August talking about unionized bureaucrats, and it reared its head again in September – and we updated you then as well. We were concerned about the ability of employees to strike, and apparently so are the top legal and legislative minds in Colorado.
DENVER – State workers who enter into a union agreement under Gov. Bill Ritter’s partnership plan would further limit their right to strike, but it wouldn’t stop it, Attorney General John Suthers said Thursday.
