From WVVA.com:
Republicans are counting on fed-up voters to help get their agenda passed by the Democratic-dominated West Virginia Legislature.
Republicans in the House of Delegates unveiled their agenda Tuesday for the coming legislative session. It focuses on cutting taxes, reducing spending and changes to state government like allowing for the nonpartisan election of judges.
With just 29 of 100 seats in the House and 8 of 34 in the Senate, though, Republicans don’t have much chance of success without winning over Democrats.
