From nwi.com:
Public officials and government employees who steal public money had better sleep with one eye open this year.
That’s the message from Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller who told The Times he plans to aggressively pursue corrupt government workers.
“I don’t care if they have a gambling problem or their spouse has some problem, there’s no excuse,” Zoeller said. “These are public institutions, and these people have higher responsibilities.”
Even with just one year as attorney general under his belt, Zoeller has experience going after corrupt government officials.

Indiana Attorney General to probe Cornhusker Kickback
Last Updated on Wednesday, 6 October 2010 10:32 Written by rslcpol Thursday, 7 January 2010 02:49
From KokomoPerspective:
At the request of State Sen. Jim Buck and other Indiana elected officials, Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller is reviewing the constitutionality of the federal health-care bill passed recently by the U.S. Senate.
“I appreciate the Attorney General for being proactive and utilizing the authority given to him by Indiana law to examine the impact this federal legislation will have on our state,” Buck said. “Because of his initiative Indiana will be better prepared in the battle ahead.”
In December, Buck called upon the state’s top lawyer to probe the constitutionality of a “sweetheart political deal” made for Nebraska in order to help pass a federal health-care bill through Congress. The last-minute addition to the U.S. Senate version permanently exempts Nebraska from paying Medicaid costs that Indiana and all other states must pay under the proposal.
